I think you will eventually realize that you don't miss it at all. However, there will probably be some time of withdrawl, but I think you will come out of it just fine. However, since that's about all I watch, cable news being somewhat of an oxymoron, and cable newscasters being largely moronic, besides some sports, what else is there, indeed? I've been thinking of dumping it myself, especially since you can get the good parts of The Daily Show on RSS feeds anymore. Good luck with your cable-less venture!
