A question on Guns and Ammo
September 30, 2005
What would compel someone to purchase a subscription to Guns and Ammo magazine? Are pictures of guns that cool to look at?
I had a friend once who, out of the blue, started buying Guns and Ammo. He would proudly display them face up in the back of his Ford station wagon. I’m not sure if this was supposed to impress people, or if it was an incredibly passive way of showing how tough he was.
Either way, he looked like a moron. Consequently, he’s no longer my friend.
That’s just my question and thought for the day.

Somebody that was interested in firearms, of course.
I really don’t know anything worthwhile about guns, but they do interest me and it’s neat to page through the magazine and see what’s there.
corey???
we aren’t friends anymore? you thought i looked like a moron? i only did it because i thought it was a theft deterrent! i thought if someone saw a picture of a .357 in the back of my car, they would know i mean business. crime usually happens when it’s dark, so there was a chance that they would mistake the picture for the real thing. i’m sorry i offended you, next time i see you i’m gonna shoot you…with a spitwad made from a page of my guns and ammo magazine!!!!!
Ha. Remember Misha? Ha!
oh jesus.
i should have known. i guess.
