We do checks on what people think our reviews are like to help make them better. When you said that it sounded like it was from a form, well yes and no. We are informed when we volunteer for this job that these are the items needing to be in the review then we go from there. The thing that turned me off from going back into your archives is that it took too long to navigate back. Speed is an issue with any site and can turn many persons off from a site. that is why it is on my list of items to make comment on. just keep in mind when we assign our ratings we are comparing your blog to all the other blogs that we have reviewed. My blog got reviewed a long time ago and I don't think the review generated any traffic. Furthermore, I don't think anyone really considers that site to be the last word in blog quality.
