Did you notice that Michael Moore is one of the top five or six on that search for &quot;failure&quot;...I can only imagine it&#039;s an attempt by Republicans to fix his clock.  But no way will it usurp W&#039;s top spot.  After all, W&#039;s earned it ten times over :)</description>

It&#039;s been like that for years now.  Google used to have a link explaning what a google bomb was and indicating that they won&#039;t intervene to change it.  The link is gone now, but the wikipedia entry might talk about it (I haven&#039;t read it yet).

There&#039;s a few other really good google bombs out there, but I can&#039;t remember them right now.</description>
