I've since changed my mind on it; it's not completely without merit. Mostly a waste of time? Maybe. But do I get to chit chat back and forth with my online friends, know what they're up to / thinking, and share the same stuff about myself? Yep. And it's fun. I only use it when I'm at the computer, so it's not like I'm going out of my way to do it. Most of my updates can be typed in about 10 seconds, so I figure I'm not losing too much time to it. :) When I first saw Twitter, I thought it was pretty stupid, and a waste of time.
