I used it last year and lost 10 pounds in 2.5 months. And then the laziness kicked in and I&#039;m now back to where I was. But I&#039;m starting again with every intention of keeping with it and maintaining this time. We&#039;ll see how well I do, though. 

I suffer from the same thing though. I think the best we can do (and maybe this is terribly fatalistic of me) is acknowledge the problem and try to make the cyclical nature of action and inaction longer on the action end, and shorter on the inaction.</description>
